Can't add printer in OS X 10.4.8

Hope I can get some help.

I'm trying to add a Printer in OS X 10.4.8 but keep getting this Error.

Its a Lexmark Optra N, its on our network. I've downloaded the newest driver from Lemark and installed it but it still won't add the print (can't add any AppleTalk printer). I've Tried trashing everything in the Lib-Printer folder except the PPD folders. That Doesn't work. I've reset the print utility, nothing.

I've attached a screenshot of the error. Hope someone can help.

If that printer is on a pc network you may have to connect to it using 'Windows Printing' when you set up the printer connection. You may also need your IT person to give you the 'WORKGROUP' on which that printer is stored in order to make it work.
