Can't Delete apps from JailBorken iPhone

Hi Experts,
Kindly I need your help ,,, I have iPhone 4 with Jailbreak

version 5.1.1

I am trying to delete some apps but its not deleting.

her what am doing:

touch one icon for a while until the icon shaking x symbol appear
then i touch the x symbol the apps not deleted and all icons keeping shaking for a while then the phone will be restated ..

any body can help me please?
