can't download dreamweaver cs3 trial

i cant download the dreamweaver cs3 trial version.
i'm told the download is complete, but when i click the 'setup' icon it appears on my dock for a split second before disappearing.
beyond deleting it and trying again (which i already did), i dont know what to do.

Adobe Technical Support will help you install or troubleshoot an installation issue with a trial version of Adobe creative products.

Where did you actually find a download for CS3? Adobe seems to have quickly dropped those as they release CS4 versions.
Does your Mac meet the system requirements for the version of Dreamweaver that you want to use?

Might you have accidentally downloaded a Windows version? Adobe only have the link for the current CS4 version so can you post the link to the download so someone can have a look at it ... check the file prefix of the download, too ... is it .dmg, .zip, or .exe?

I think you were right DeltaMac, Im not sure my mac met the system requirements for cs3. my professor gave me the download on disc, and since it wont work she gave me a copy of macromedia dreamweaver 8 and that one works just fine.
