Hi. Have latest version of Imac 20" computer. Have been using I-Movie HD program (got a hold of this previous version.) Have several video cameras that have NO problem being imported into computer.
But, when I try to import video from a Panasonic AG-DVC200 camcorder (this is a pro/industrial camcorder), that is DV (NOT DVC Pro), I am NOT able to import signal via firewire connection.
Firewire board on camcorder is OK (can dub onto another camera.) Have tried different firewire cables, but always get 'Camera Not Detected' when trying to go into computer.
Time/Date was improperly set on this camcorder for ages - have re-set date/time, but makes no difference.
Apple says it should work with computer...Panasocic rep was 'lost'.
Can anyone help me solve this problem???
