Cant log in

Im currently having a problem logging in. Everytime i turn on my macbook, log in page will appear.. After i enter my password, my desktop will appear but after few seconds it will go back to the log in page again. I tried restarting but nothing has changed. There is also a colored ball circling.. I dont know what it is and what to do. Please help me with this.

I dont know what's wrong.. Last night i was just downloadibg movies, and when i tried to turn it on this morning, i encountered that problem.

Is my memory full? If so, is there a way to recover the files? What should i do coz it really does not function properly when logging in?

Well did you try the steps in the Apple document Resolve startup issues and perform disk maintenance with Disk Utility and fsck to try to resolve any of your problems. By the way if you got these videos from file sharing sources then you might have bigger problems.
