Mac Programer
I had to do a new reinstall of 10.4 on my Power Mac G4 450 Mhz x2 destop.
Because I had run out of hard drive space. I had only 6 GB left on the startup drive, and could not get the blot down. I was haveing craches of my dock and other apps. So I have done all the up dates got all my setting backup and run the way they where before the reinstall. Now ever thime I try to log on to my Dad's mac, I can see it in there servers screen and it very slow to ask my to log in. when i log in with the same setting and user name and password as before it just hangs. I get the spinging pizza of dathe. now when right click on the finder on the dock is say the finder is not working. so i restart it. Now here is what has me going hunn is this. When I go and log in on my dad's iMac G5 20" I get the loging screen pops right up and I can login fast. I can even loging fast to my G4 from my powerbook G3 runing 10.4.5. But I can't login to the iMac or the laptop. What is going on here? Please any help you all can come up with.
