We have a 20GB SmartDisk FireLite HD that is recognized by Disk Utility, but it doesn't mount, doesn't show up on the desktop, nor is accessible via TechTool Deluxe. It seems to mount fine in OS 9, but it would be really nice to have it available in OS X again. A few days ago the drive worked fine, and we can't think of anything that was done to cause this problem. Any words of wisdom? Thanks.
