can't move files from HD

Anyone know why I can't move files, delete files from my HD? But I can from certain files?

Is there something there to do with permissions?

Basically, if you can't move or delete files it has EVERYTHING to do with permissions. A little more information would really help: i.e. what files/folders you're talking about and where they're located.

As a user, if it's not in your user folder, you can't do much with it...in general.
