Can't restore safari bookmarks?

~/Library/Preferences/Safari doesn't exist in (my) Panther, so where the heck do I put my old Bookmarks.plist file?

EDIT: my brain must be frozen from my broken heating...seems it's stores in ~/Library/Safari ehe
