Can't rmote login from another

I update my Mac OS X from 10.0.0 (4K78) to 10.0.3 (4M23). But, I cannot telnet my Mac OS X from another since updated. I check the option on sharing preferences. The "Allow remote login" already checked. Because of I must telnet the Mac OS X from another, Can everybody help me?
 
As of 10.0.1, "Allow remote login" enables the ability to use ssh to get into your machine; if available, use ssh from other machines.
