Cant see and printer settings ??

Ive just receintly purchased an epson RX685 photo multi purpose printer for my mac pro and have installed all the software from the disk supplied but for some reason i can get any printer options coming up which would alow things like B&W printing, Draft printing, paper type etc etc

Im using Mac OSX 10.4.11 and using Epson Drivers 3.8 (ive tried downlading the new driver 6.1 from epson's site but no matter how many times i run and install the driver is remains as driver 3.8??)

Hi there,

Yes I can print preview but i cant access any printing options such as quality of print, B&W or Colour, paper type such as photo, matt etc

When i look at the printer within mac os the printer is there but it doesnt show anything for "installable options" etc
 
Do you have a similar sub-menu when you try to print?

hi there no i have no drop down menu its non selectable? all i can seem to bring up is printer info such as driver and model name.
