Can't Send New Mail

Computer: Imac G4 800MHZ 526 Ram
Just intalled Tiger.
I ca not sen NEW email, I can received them.
I have try every tyhing: premisions, optimising the hard disk....
Ans all othyer thing

Could you help me: it is very frustaating.

Maybe I should install Panther again (how you do it?)

What happens when you try? Sending mail is different than receiving it my bet is that your smpt setting in mail.app are incorrect. But without better info I can't help you much.
