Can't Start Sshd From System Perferces & Lanunctl

I can't start sshd daemon from System Preferences/Sharing/Remote login. I can't start it even from a terminal:

sudo launchctl -w load /System/Library/LaunchDaemon/ssh.plist
sudo launchctl start com.openssh.sshd

The only way I can launch sshd is to start it manually from the terminal.

Coincidently, I can't start other sharing services such as FTP except AFP from System Preference or from the terminal using launchctl. It looks like something is broken but I have not idea how to fix it.

Any help will be appreciated.
