Can't submit polls. I'm a contributor.

I've been told that you can submit polls if you've donated money to this site. However, I can not figure out how to submit a poll, even after reading the FAQ. The FAQ states that I should have an option I can select to create a pole. However I don't see this option available. Thank you.

Well, for me it works if I create a new thread (can't make a poll in a reply, AFAIK) and scroll all the way to the bottom of the form. That is, scroll the browser to the bottom of the thread-starter web page, NOT just the bottom of the text-edit box.

There I see several form controls for starting a poll.
