I've got an older Mac (iMac from around 2006) that uses iLife and an older version of Quicktime. Recently I bought a MacBook with Mac OS X and the newest version of Quicktime.
I have a camera that connects into my older mac computer but not my laptop so I thought I could put all the video from my camera onto iMovie on my computer and transfer it into Quicktime. I did that easily, so now I have one 10-minute movie clip on Quicktime. I put that clip onto a USB to transfer onto my Macbook but for some reason I can't open the clip.
When I try to open it, it doesn't say anything. QuickTime pops up as in use, but the window doesn't open and nothing plays.
Why won't this play? And how can I transfer that clip onto my laptop?
