carbonlib 1.2, where?

I cant find it at apples site. I am running a none english mac os and the carbon lib that came with MSN messenger wont work. I am using 9.1 and if i upgrade to 9.2.1/9.2.2 i actually get the carbonlib but 9.2.1/9.2.2 crashes many of my games so i will not upgrade.

anybody can help me out?
