I book g4 mac os x version 10.3

cd burner not recognized or software not installed
error message 0x80020023

Please let me know what this is and what i need to do to correct it. I burned a movie using cd-r, two day later tried to burn some songs and got the message above.
 
Hey :)
The Error Code 0x80020023 refers to "The device reference is not valid" .
I would try these following Steps :
1. Try a New user
2.Make sure its a Cd-r
3. Reset Pram as per : http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=2238
4. Do u have the same issue if u Burn the Disk from the Finder ? ( try burning Something else other than Music )
