CD label print

I am using an eMac with OSX 10.4.11.
Having printed on CDs using a Canon iP3000 printer together with label print software for years, using 10.13.9, I have just 'upgraded' to 10.4.11, downloaded the appropriate print driver and installed CD Print Label 1.7.0. several times.I am now stuck...
I no longer have the option on the printer to use the CD tray. I wonder what I can do as I need to print regularly.
Please help.
 
Make sure the CD Tray is positioned perfectly. The brief research I've done show's that the CD/DVD tray positioning can be a little finicky. If it's off by a hair then the option won't show in the print dialogue box. Maybe turn the printer off and on again, or reinstall the CD Print Label software.
