Cellular Data Connection

Hello,

What are the options available to do data connection over cellular? My goal is to stream video while walking around with my iBook and DV camera.
 
I still wanna know hopw to connect my newton and my nokia 8890 via IrDA to connect to the internet...dammit ;)
