Change focus on dialogue buttons

Hi

Does anyone know how to change the focus on dialogue buttons?
For example

In this particular case i'd like to push the "Ta bort" button without using the mouse. The tab only moves some worthless marker around

You'd select "Ta bort" with the space key or "Avbryt" with the return key. The tab key changes the action done with the space key.

I remember the difference by thinking that the space key selects the highlight with the empty space within it.
