We had a death in the family recently, and that person was using a Mac Mini that now my mom needs to use. I am trying to set it to be as easy for her as possible, as she is a PC user at work.
I want to make changes via System Preferences, but it's password protected and we cannot figure out what the user/pass was.
How can I override this (if at all), or find out what it was? Thanks for your help in advance.
