changing default settings

I have recently changed my ISP and cannot get the information changes tostay. They keep going back to my other settings even when I lock them in.

I have an iBook G4 10.3.9
 
OS X 10.3.9 Server? You posted your question in the "Mac OS X Server" category -- this category is for troubleshooting and configuring the Server version of Mac OS X, not for general "server" problems like ISPs and what-not.

Are you the administrator of the iBook? Can you describe the steps you take in changing the Network settings, and possibly describe what happens when they revert back to some other settings?
 
I think I might have resolved the problem. I went to Network Port then New Configurations and unchecked all except my s ISP server. This was on the fifth time with theor Technical support!::ha::
