Changing MS Word icon?

I've tried Get Info from the application but the icon refuses to change. Any ideas?

someone's gotta know how to do this....

Get Info > from the info window, on top where you have the small icon, paste the new icon. (So on another window, select the icon you want, Get Info on that, and on that small window select the icon from top of the info window, copy, and go to MS Word info window, paste. Done)
