Changing Ownership

I recently made the swap from XP to OS X and im loving it. The first mac i bought was a 1.25ghz mac mini, which i registered in my name and became the admin. My dad loved the mac so much be bought himself a 1.42ghz mac mini and registered it in his name. Anyway, now we want to swap the macs for various reason,s so how can i go about changing the ownership on my dads mac mini so that it beomes "mine"?

Backup all the important files then do a clean installation of the OS. Copy the files back onto whichever Mac you want them.
