When I view my Mail (1.3.11) messages, the header content ('From', 'Subject' 'Date') and the message has defaulted to some Cyrillic/East European character set, and is unintelligible.
When I change to 'Plain Text Alternative' under View / Message, the message changes to a legible character set.
I get a similar problem in Safari on some pages.
I've had the problem before and sorted it out somehow, but I can't remember what I did. Can you help?
