CHMOD command not implemented

I have set chmod to 'yes' in the ftpaccess file. I still get a "CHMOD command not implemented" error when I try to set file permissions by FTP (Fetch).

This was not a problem with OSX Server v1.0.

I cannot run cgi's because I cannot set execute permissions.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
 
Why don't you enable SSH remote login on the system. Then you can login to the system remotely and use the chmod command from the remote terminal session.

Or, you can install proFTPd or another ftp server on your system.
