clamshell (original) ibook--Tv-Out alternatives?

i am fish.
Has anyone been able to successfully display an original iBook to television? We've explorered the USB 1 option, and the quality was too poor to make useful in the classroom--are there any other options?

Unless some one knows of a fire wire connection, I think you are out of luck.

The best way to present from your computer is using a presenter or TV which needs an adaptor card. Your iBook can not accommodate additional cards. :(
