I FOUND OUT WHAT THE PROBLEMS IS!
When classic first starts it searches for a MacOS 9
startup disc. It then checks the local (language) of that
system and tries to find (inside the Classic app) that language version.
For example my MacOS 9 is localized (keyboard, fonts only) to Icelandic but it's basically in English. This caused my Classic app to fail at startup!
Installing a clean MacOS 9 (US) and updating it to
9.0.4 fixed the problem and now classic is running smoothly although no Icelandic keyboard anymore ; (
P.s.
How can I make my own Icelandic keyboard???!!
