I started installing the Marratech Client software and half way through I cancelled the installation because I did not have my logitech camera on. I hooked up the logitech camera then started to re-installed the Marratech Client software then while the program started to install it stopped with the following error message:
Cannot launch Java application
Uncaught exception in main method:
java.lang.NullPointerException
I tried uninstalling the Marratech Client software then re-install but this did not work - I uninstalled again - went to the Marratech website and got the latest version of the Marratech Client software and installed this and again received the same error message:

Went back to the Marratech website looked for support and could not find any. That's when I googled mac support and received your website. I need HELP!!!
Is there any way of remove the java.lang.NullPointerException file or reinstalling this file in the error message - would this help or not? If helpful to remove or re-install, how would this be done? I'm using Mac OSX 10.3.9.
