I'm nominating Cocktail because I use it all the time and it's very easy to operate. It's a must have to keep your Mac running in tip-top shape.
 
1 of my votes goes to Cocktail too! For the ease of use & stability, cleaning my system every week. It's improved recently, hat's of to Kristofer Szymanski.
 
My vote goes to Cocktail, also. I do not leave my Mac on at night, so I run Cocktail once per week. Kepps my machine lean and mean.
