Combo Drive Ejects After Sleep...

I have a 1ghz eMac, and recently, after 1 year the combodrive had to be replace at our local CompUsa under Applecare coverage. The combodrive works great, but every time that I wake the computer from sleep, the combdrive tray ejects. It especially irritating when a dvd is loaded, because it ejects before os x is even thinking. If I push the eject button to suck the tray back in, it ejects again because the os knows that a dvd was there before it took a nap. I have looked up ways to affect the firmware, I have looked for unix answers, and I have searched the os for some hidden setting. This problem has been time tested and true when using Jaguar,Panther,and Tiger. Please help. I am very courious.

I have a similar problem with my eMac Combo, no when back from sleep, just when a put DVD (movies, not data) the Combo ejects almost immediately without even read. I guess this issue started before I've install Tiger.

With CD, DVD data no problem.
Some user have experienced the same things???
