Compile Codewarrior 8 Over Mac Os 10.3.5

hi,

i have source files that compile correctly over Mac OS 10.1.5 with metrowerks codewarrior 7 but i got some errors when i tried to compile the same sources with metrowerks code warrior 8 over mac OS 10.3.5
I solved some ones but my current blocking point is as follows:

the <AvailabilityMacros.h> can't be opened
******

I got this error after making the non MSL include before the MSL ones in the acces path

any idea about this?
