Compile Netsaint or PGP

Having trouble compiling an OS X version (or Darwin) of Netsaint and PGP. Anyone having any success with either of these two babies?

i've just finished to uninstall netsaint after having set it on a OS X imac G3.
i'm now trying to install nagios.
does anyone knows how to do it?
