computer acting wierd

Safari quits every few minutes
tried to upload stuff on iphone got notice phone was not recognized. restore.
friends get eamils from me with "Pink warning-delete or sky falls in"????
did someone send me a virus or something?

Rose don't panic please.

Just download a copy of the free/donationware software maintenance software Yasu (Yet Another Software Utility) and run all the cleaning routines. When the program reboots your Mac immediately reboot manually again to completely rebuild the startup/shutdown cache. This should be done on an OS X system about once every three months to keep OS X in tip top shape.

Plus check the Internet Plugins (/Library/internet Plug-Ins/) and see if any old files is messing with the program by removing them one by one until if you find a malfunctioning plugin causing Safari to go nuts.
