I also have installed a Mashita DVD UJ-8455 and have the ability to read CDs. When I insert a blank CD or DVD, the finder tells me that the disc drive is not supported. Any idea?
I have a powerbook G4 with version 10.2.8. I have also downloaded patchburn, gone through the appropriate "I don't know the drive" set up, have installed, tried the CD drive, uninstalled, tried the drive, etc.
