Computer Shuts down for no reason?

Sorry if this has been covered, but searched the threads and did not find any on this topic.

I have a Quicksilver Dual which shuts down when not in use, I have to put it to sleep everytime I leave it for any amount of time. and also shuts down once in awhile when waking it from sleep.

I Have changed the Power Cord for a new one but it is still doing the same thing.

Any one have any other suggestions or know what is going on?
