Connect Cinema Display to Powerbook

Does anyone know if there is some kind of adapter to connect a Powerbook ( G4) to one of Apples Flat Displays like the Cinema Display?
 
I believe that there is no way to hook up a ADC display to a PowerBook at this time.

And I also believe you can't hook up a display higher then 21'' to a PowerBook.
