I can't get an LED TV (Kogan 32") to work as a second display using a DVI-HDMI cable. I can get one of the displays working at a time, but not both together. When I turn on the TV the CRT monitor loses the dock AND the menu bar: The only things still showing are Mail, Adium & Skype.
I CAN use the mouse and work the computer through the TV: the problem is that it is 7 metres from the computer desk.....
I have tried it with SwitchResX 4.1.3 with no luck, the same with DisplayConfigX 1.09
Scouting for solutions with Google didn't produce any results either.
