console crazy!

hey, im on 10.4.5 and im having some memory trouble with the console. basicly whats happening is the console log directory (501) is saving everything i do! its really anonnying i dont dont how/why its started doing it because it never did it befor? but now no matter what i do it stores every copied/burned matter to the console log? please help! its killing my memory emptying G's of files at a time! thanx for any help!

Download the application Yasu and make sure you running the "cron" jobs and clear the "caches". The Console log has always ran. Just for some reason the log files have been just growing and growing. So run the program and let it run through and it will restart your machine. The run the program around every two weeks and your Mac will sing along nicely in the future.
