There's a way to skip Aqua when you start X :
authenticate as ">console", with no password, and you'll get a plain terminal window, just like any unix basic system.
I just have a problem : I use a french version of X, but the keyboard remains in english when I log as ">console".
Anybody has an idea to remap the keyboard manually without Aqua ?
