Contacts Lost With Isync

latest sync with my P900 resluted in all my contacts being lost apart from Apple and my own address.

Is there anyway to restore them? The settings were the same as i am used to using, and although the box re 5% of data was checked in prefs I got no warning. Just a slow sync and gone.

the exact same thing has happened to my syncing up (I used Missing Sync software as the version of iSync we have would not allow us to sync wit mmy PDA).

have you had any responses/luck regarding how to resolve this issue, by any chance?
