convert a dss file and/or transcribe it

I have an olympus ds-2 which I occasionally use for interviews on the odd research project. Right now I have a bunch of .dss files which I would like to somehow get my Mac (iBook G4 w/ 10.4.10) to transcribe for me. Is there any way to do this? I would be willing to purchase commercial software if necessary. Transcription is either time consuming or expensive.
 
Unfortunately, that's just the update and not the full software. Anyone have any idea where I can get the full software? I've done a google search and come up with nothing but the update...
