I tried Fluid and it reminded me too much of all those crappy water effects I used to through to just about ever piece of 3d I did at college!..

That said, I rarely use my iBook without it being plugged into the mains...

There's another suite of screensavers which includes a Matrix text-style effect, but I forget what it was. I had it on Jaguar, but it got lost in the shuffle when I upgraded to Panther. It was like ixSomething... anybody remember?

I can reccomend MatrixGL. i think it looks nicer (the redpill is kind of choppy on my humble eMac).
My Screen Saver of choice right now is Hotel Magritt1. soooo kooool!
