No matter what I copy, it doesn't go in the clipboard. The clipboard is empty, paste command does nothing. I've looked for pbs in activity monitor, and it's not there... If I manually start it with /System/Library/CoreServices/pbs, it disappears after a few seconds. I can't drag/drop text either...it won't initiate drag. Additionally, every single word of this message I'm posting is underlined in red...apparently the spell/grammar check is really confused.
Another problem that may not be related but showed up at the same time: iTunes tells me that I can't sync my iPhone with this computer because this computer is unsyncable. Again, this may not be related, but a perfectly-working system developed all three of these problems simultaneously.
Restarts don't work, safe boot doesn't work, other users on the same system don't work.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, my mac is barely usable without the clipboard...
