copying and pasting contacts from entourage to macosx mail

I have Entourage 2004 and the latest version of macosx mail/address book. I simply want to copy and paste (or export and import) selected groups of contacts from Entourage to the macosx address book.

Can anyone help?

I have the Sync for Entourage - Address Book but find it doesn't do things selectively.

You can select the contacts you wish to copy and export them to VCARD format, then drag the VCARDs into Address Book. Not the neatest solution, but it should work.
