Copying To Zip Failure

I recently dragged some files from my g4 at home running OS X Beta to a zip disk. When I tried to copy them from the zip to my g4 at work running OS 9, I got this message:

"The file is used by the system software. It cannot be opened."

Any ideas on what's going on here?

WEIRD! Hmmm.... I don't have a zip drive handy (nor OSX, as I home for Thanksgiving) so i can't test it out, but I'm guesing it has to do something with shaddy usb support under OSX. The files may have been corrupted during transfer. Just to see, try botting into OS9 at home and see if it'll let u copy stuff over. It sounds like the computer thinks ur copying something from the system folder... which is strange, unless u booted from the zip disk... which I'm guessing u didn't do. Maybe try tar/gzing the files before copying to the zip disk and see if that fixes it. Hey, it could even just be a crazy zip disk planted by Billy to undermine OSX :).
