This one's been buggin' me for several versions of X...
In open / save dialogs the horizontal scrollbar in the navigator view has a cosmetic glitch. When you click in the empty area of the scrollbar the columns update correctly but the scrollbar itself doesn't jump to the correct position.
Hope this is fixed in 10.1.4!
