CPU Virgin lost in the AirPort

O.K., I admit it; I am a fresh faced cpu virgin, and I have no idea what I'm doing. Basically, I use my ibook as a word processor; however, I just had an AirPort Extreme card installed, and I'm having mucho trouble getting it to work. If it's not too much trouble, I need someone to walk me through the process of setting it up. I do most of my work at the public library. Thanks

Thanks for the reply. I'm not certain what "PM" means, although if it means the specs on my computer, then:
800Gz/30G HD/384ram/combodrive/no add-ons. I'm starting from scratch, remember; assume that I know nothing.
