ElDiabloConCaca U.S.D.A. Prime Jul 24, 2004 #2 This is a kernel panic. It means something went wrong at the fundamental level of the OS. How do you have the Zip drive hooked up? Is it hooked up to a hub? Have you tried with the Zip drive connected directly to a USB port on the computer?

Since I last wrote, I discovered that the same panic occurs when I try to trash the Quicken file.
