Create admin from terminal?

Hey guys, I'm just curious about how to create an Admin from the startup terminal. I tried this: dscl . -create /Users/luser. Didn't work obviously. Any ideas? I'm running 10.6.4 but am going to update when I have the time... Thanks for the help!

dscl with the correct syntax should do that... I haven't tried the adding the new user to admin group part but it should be possible with it. However, the syntax dscl wants is usually much more complex (some examples of it).
